Wild Bird Help!?
My family found a wild bird in a cover last night. It is a Cedar Waxwing. Its well almost an adult or adult one. We have tried to let it go, but it will not fly until they fly down. Their food, like a baby bird. Feed it with tweezers. But to my question short. Who do I call to help this boy? I live in northern Illinois, if that helps
